I am an assistant professor in the Production & Operations Management Area at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Before joining IIM Bangalore, I had a brief stint as a senior analyst at Ford Motor Company, Chennai. I completed my Ph.D. at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras in 2016 and my B.Tech. at the Cochin University of Science and Technology in 2011.

Research interests:

• Cooperative game theory — theories behind how coalitions are formed by rational players under market externalities and risky payoff situations, and how the payoff generated by a coalition could be shared among the coalitional members in a fair and stable manner
• Responsible business operations — to explore the implementation of ethical considerations and socially and environmentally responsible practices in business operations and supply chains
• Supply chain economics — to explore competitive and cooperative dynamics in supply chain management with focus areas such as healthcare, telecom, digital content platforms, etc.
